3. Age Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by lg89, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

• Same-method withdrawal policy: lg89 operates a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Funds deposited via bKash will be returned via bKash; funds deposited via Nagad will be returned via Nagad. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Verification requirement: lg89 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect both the player and the platform against fraud and unauthorised account access. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. lg89 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any attempt to use a third-party payment source may result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lg89 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the individual promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the lg89 platform, including pre-match markets, in-play (live) betting, outright markets, and special/prop markets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation has been issued by the lg89 platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical interruption are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on the betting interface for each market. These limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and player account status. lg89 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any account at any time.

Voided bets are refunded at the stake amount.

Scorecard errors subsequently corrected by the governing body will be reflected in settlement revisions where technically possible.
